Staring with the Melissa, she is kind, very polite and knows who I am when calling in immediately. She makes me feel welcome when calling in. As for Valentine, he is very nice and very eager to make sure I am taking care of and he meets my needs. Last but not least, Moises Alejandro Ocampo, I called in to add my home insurance to my policy and he saved me some big bucks with great discounts I was eligible for. Hearing my agent as excited as I was on that savings was the best feeling ever. It showed me that he cared so much for my account. My call with him was for 45 Minuets and only 15-20 minuets of that was just adding my homeowners insurance.
